Terms of Service
By purchasing or using Docuzen, you agree to the terms below. If you don't agree, please don't purchase or use the software.
Purchases
Docuzen is sold exclusively through Gumroad, which acts as the merchant of record for all transactions. Gumroad handles payment processing, invoicing, and refunds under its own terms and refund policy — we don't process payments or store payment details ourselves.
License
Your purchase grants you the rights described in the Docuzen license. Read it before purchasing — it covers what you can and can't do with the software.
No warranty
Docuzen is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. You are responsible for testing and operating your own deployment.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the authors of Docuzen shall not be liable for any claim, damages, or other liability arising from, out of, or in connection with the software or its use.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Docuzen after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
