By purchasing and downloading Docuzen, you agree to the following terms:

GRANT OF LICENSE
You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:
- Deploy and run this software for one (1) organization (your own or a client's)
- Modify the source code to suit your needs
- Use the software for any lawful commercial purpose within the above scope

RESTRICTIONS
You may NOT:
- Redistribute, resell, or sublicense the source code or compiled software
- Make the source code publicly available (e.g., on GitHub or any public repository)
- Transfer this license to another party without written permission

UPDATES
Purchasing this license entitles you to all future updates released under this license.
